Roster:

Your official NSA roster, along with your entry fee MUST be sent through your STATE DIRECTOR. Your State Director will forward the information and entry fee to the Tournament Director. Teams must have a completed on-line roster turned in prior to the tournament.
Entry Fee: $600. Teams must have earned a berth to the World Series and be registered NSA. A NSA sanction number will be required for all teams. Your entry fee must be mailed in the form of CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER to your state director, along with your
Roster, your NSA sanction number on it, and the attached entry form. Your State Director must have the completed information and fee to the Tournament Director no later than July 6, 2008.

Format 4GG:

Monday and Tuesday will be pool play, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be bracket play with Championships on Saturday, 18u Championships will be on Thursday, If we have small #’s in an age group their championship game will be moved up to Thursday or Friday. No teams will be eliminated until Wednesday and in the larger brackets Thursday.

Gift Swap:

Each team is asked to bring small gift bags (15) to exchange with the first team they play or a team that the staff assigns to them.

Awards:

The awards will include, but not limited to the following:

1^st – 4^th place team trophy for each division of play

1^st – 3^rd place individual awards for each division of play

Team Photography:

There will be a photographer to take team and individual photos during Opening Ceremonies and Round-Robin play. Only the photographers in yellow shirts are approved picture takers for the WWS

Souvenirs:

There will be a variety of souvenir items available for purchase each day during the tournament.
